Shipping Policy

Shipping

  1. Your order will ship within 1 to 5 business days. The delivery is within 7 to 20 business days for US and 10 to 25 business days for International Shipping.
    • Still within 5 business days from the order date.
      • Your order will ship within 1 to 5 business days from your order date. If your order ships out earlier, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email address you indicated in your order.
      • If you did not receive your tracking number on the 5th business day, please check your Junk/Spam folders.
      • If you didn’t receive the email, please email us through our Contact Form page so we can check.
    • Beyond 5 business days from the order date.
      • If your order has not shipped on the 6th business day, rest assured that we have a dedicated Team who is aware of this delay and has done the necessary escalation to our Fulfillment Team.
      • Please allow us an additional 3 business days to update you with your tracking number.

Delivery

  1. It’s still within 7 to 20 business or 10 to 25 business days.
    • Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
      • The first package scan may be on arrival at a regional hub near the destination. Common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package.
      • The first package scan may not be until delivery.
      • There may be a delay in updates to the tracking database.
      • Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, aren't trackable. Rest assured that your package will arrive on or before the 20th or 25th business day.
    • Beyond 20 (for US) or 25 (for International) business days.
      • If 20 or 25 business days have passed, and your tracking information hasn't changed, allow an additional 5 business days for the package to be delivered. Usually, packages arrive on or shortly after the 20th or 25th business day.
    • Beyond 30 (for US) or 35 (for International) business days.
      • As a small business, the very last thing we want to happen is for our patrons & customers to worry about getting their orders. We would like to assure our customers who are the pillars of our business that we have a dedicated Team who are closely monitoring these delays and have done the necessary escalation to the Fulfillment Manager to get to the bottom of the delay.
      • We would like to humbly ask that you allow and give us a chance to investigate and we will be in touch through email within 2 to 5 business days.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?

  1. We calculate delivery estimates by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date.
  2. Transit time is based on your chosen shipping speed. We calculate transit time using business days. Saturday and Sunday don't usually count toward the transit time. An exception to this is when a weekend delivery option is available during checkout. We also take holidays into account when calculating transit time.
  3. For some delivery dates, we may provide an "order within" countdown timer. This shows the window of time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. The date is subject to change before you place your order. Your order confirmation email will include your confirmed delivery date.
  4. For Free Shipping, your order will arrive within 7 to 25 business days. We process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so we can offer free shipping. If you notice that your items haven't shipped yet, don't worry. We may take a little longer than you expect to ship out your order, but we'll ship in time for it to arrive within 7 to 25 business days.

Expedited Shipping

  1. For us to provide you with the most affordable item, we seldom offer expedited shipping.
  2. If it is available on the Shipping/Checkout page, the delivery is within 7 to 15 business days for US and 10 to 20 business days for International Shipping.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The battery is removable, charges very quickly, takes up very little space, and has a simple and beautiful appearance. The only drawback is that the maximum speed is only 14 miles per hour, but considering that it is only used for short-distance travel, it is still very good.

So far, this is the lightest folding scooter I have ever seen. I am not thin (about 160 pounds) and it still has no problem carrying me. I have been using it for a week and will continue to track its performance in the future.
